JLI Meatls & Commodities is a Swiss company registered in Geneva, Switzerland under the Swiss law. It acts as the windows between Chinese producers/end-users and foreign markets/companies. JLI Metals have teamed up with the major Chinese cobalt , nickel, copper producers as well as end-users. The Company is also active in moly, aluminium, ferro-chrome trading as well as cobalt & copper concentrates trading.

In January 2010, JLI Metals became the partner & associate of Nantong Xinwei Nickel & Cobalt Hightech Development Co., Ltd. and acting as Nantong Xinwei's sole and exclusive oversea markets' distributor as well as its sole and exclusive agent at the LME trading/hedging for its "Ever Star" brand cobalt metal cut cathode (Co 99.8% min.).

JLI Metals have also enjoyed special relations with Jinchuan Group for years in marketing/selling Jinchuan cobalt into Europe.
