Emeishan Jiamei High Pure Materials Co., Ltd
Introduction
Established on Feb. 19, 2001, Sino- American Joint Venture Emeishan Jiamei High Pure Materials Co., Ltd was jointly invested by China National Environment Protection Cooperation, Emeishan Semiconductor Materials Research Institution of China as well as American Xtal Technology Inc., with RMB 20.8 million of registered capital. It is located in the north of Emeishan city with fresh air and comfortable climate that provide a good condition for producing the high pure arsenic.
High purity materials which are used to synthesize the relative compound semiconductor are the main products of our company. The first operational project which occupies the area of 5333㎡is the productional line of high pure arsenic with 20 tons of annual output. It has great potentials for development on the market in combination with central state-owned business funds, technological support from Emeishan Semiconductor Materials Research Insttitution and a big market share of the American company. With the efforts of the staff, we have overcome some difficulties on the technology during the 3 years and realized the conversion from the original lab scale to the industrialisation production. Our high quality and capability products are sold to America, Korea, Japan and so on, which have been certificated by the overseas customers and highly praised.
